Hotel Raffaello

Room was excellent, location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from tram station that takes you to the city center. Staff was friendly, definitely would come back.

Modern and cozy hotel, clean appartments with very nice and clean barhroom with all the necessities, breakfasts were very tasty. Very comfortable beds and pillows. There were also rollets on the windows, so there was no heat in the room during the sunny days. The location was great, right at the corner of a tram station, so in the city center in 10 mins, or also by walk in cca 30 mins. Also the surrounding was calm and we felt safe there even in the evening. We actually booked one more night here, in the end, so I would really highly recommend :)

1) Good location, close to a tram station with frequent service and to a supermarket. 2) Clean room of good size, in good condition. 3) Staff (including cleaning staff) very helpful, give them a raise. 4) Variety in breakfast choices (though reduced during the last days). 5) Nice garden.

Smaller spread than other hotels, but still very good. Miriam and Viola at the check in were amazing. Very courteous and exceptionally helpful. They gave us lots of useful information & tips. Thank you to them both.

Very clean and functional room with a comfortable bedding and adjustable AC. The breakfast was nice although occasionally overcrowded by the tourist groups. Very close to the Santa Maria Novella station with tram. Convenient check out time.
